VC HB3 Accelerator operates as a project with a compact core, external contractors, and experts engaged by task. It is not a classic company with a large permanent staff.
---
## 1. Founder
**Aleksandr Viktorovich Tarabanov** — developer of the DLE operating system, architect of the VC HB3 Accelerator ecosystem, CEO of the contact entity (OOO “ERAYTI” — license seller in the Russian Federation).
- Sole developer and architect of DLE since launch
- Coordinates product, documentation, and partner negotiations
- Sets work priorities until tasks are handed to contractors and experts
- Serves as the primary contact person for the project
Contact: [CONTACTS.md](CONTACTS.md).

## 2. Organizational model
At the current stage, the work organization looks as follows:
- the product and architecture core is led by the founder;
- specialized tasks are assigned to external contractors;
- experts are engaged as needed: lawyers, mentors, integrators, technical specialists;
- the project’s development model is linked to on-chain voting, while pilot and sandbox roles are described separately.
Details on pilot roles: [roles-hb3-contributor.md](roles-hb3-contributor.md).

## 3. Contractors and experts
Contractors and external specialists do not form a permanent internal staff, but they are an important part of the project’s operating model.
They may perform:
- OS development and enhancement;
- DLE configuration for participant needs;
- technical support;
- training and accompaniment;
- legal, methodological, and industry expertise.

## 4. AI as a work tool
AI models and AI agents are used in development, support, and documentation. They are not team members in a legal or organizational sense; they are work tools.
In the DLE contour, AI is used for:
- analysis and prototyping;
- preparing and structuring documentation;
- configuring specialized agents for business processes;
- automating support and internal tasks.
