This document describes the participant support program: how work is organized after joining the ecosystem, how participants and contractors interact, and how the accelerator operating contour is structured.

If you need:

We open a presence in an IT hub, deploy the sandbox, and help participants configure and test the DLE operating system.

Who it is for

You What you get in the accelerator More
Regulator Sandbox infrastructure: blockchain registry, scanner, smart contracts with local identifiers for-regulators.md
Entrepreneur DLE OS configured for your business, training, access to investment for-entrepreneurs.md
Investor Pipeline of vetted companies from the accelerator, transparent reporting via blockchain for-investors.md
Contractor Orders to configure the OS for participants, paid from the project treasury for-contractors.md

How the work is organized

  1. Regulator provides a grant → the fund opens a presence and integrates local identifiers into the OS
  2. Entrepreneurs buy a license token → register on the accelerator platform → install DLE → deploy their smart contract → join a group by activity type
  3. Contractors pick tasks on the platform and get paid for completion
  4. Investors analyze metrics and select companies for investment

Governance via voting

Below is voting in the program and ecosystem contour.
A separate voting contour for license-token holders on licensed product development is described in service-terms.md.

All key decisions in the program and ecosystem contour are made by governance-token holders via on-chain voting on the platform:

  • Development and update priorities
  • Treasury allocation
  • Selection of companies for investment
  • Changes to program terms

1 token = 1 vote. Quorum — 51%. More: governance.md
