What is VC HB3 Accelerator?
A venture fund and software provider. It develops the DLE operating system, helps business configure and test it in a sandbox, and invests in companies created by accelerator participants. More: accelerator-program.md
What is the DLE operating system?
Digital Legal Entity (DLE) is an operating system with a web application for local installation on company servers. It includes tools for configuring AI agents and a smart-contract system that supports tax, accounting, banking, and other identifiers set by the regulator. It helps replace fragmented SaaS services and meets regulator requirements for data storage.
Where is the fund registered?
The fund is in the process of registration in special economic zones (IT-hub sandboxes). Registration is not complete at the time of publication. More: DISCLAIMERS.md
Tokens and investing
How do I acquire governance tokens?
Tokens can be acquired from VC HB3 Accelerator. Minimum investment: 10,000 USDT (10 tokens), maximum: 100,000 USDT (100 tokens) per activity type. More: for-investors.md
What rights do tokens confer?

Financial model
How is profit distributed?
15% — dividends to token holders, 15% — operating expenses (contractors, support), 70% — investments in portfolio companies. More: business-model.md
How is return calculated?
Return is composed of dividends, growth of the token’s minimum price (as the treasury grows), and returns from portfolio companies. Documents include conservative and optimistic scenarios. More: financial-calculations.md
What are the risks?
Regulatory (legislation changes), technological (smart-contract vulnerabilities), market (competition, demand), financial (insufficient inflows). Investments involve risk, including possible total loss of funds. More: DISCLAIMERS.md
Operating system and license
What is included in the license?
The DLE OS template with updates for 5 years. Plans: Standard (1,000 USDT) and Premium (10,000 USDT). More: service-terms.md
Is the operating system secure?
On-premises deployment (data on company servers), TLS 1.3 / AES-256 encryption, a local AI model without cloud requests, source code available for review and audit by license-token holders. Complete elimination of all risks is impossible.
